Please note, I do not have expertise in supporting clients with addiction (e.g., substance, gambling), eating disorders, autism, and OCD. I am also unable to provide you with crisis care and provide reports for court or insurance purposes.

Executive Performance Coaching

I believe we attract what we are, not what we want. I am a high performing woman whose daily actions support a legacy of serving professional women to achieve their potential. I have proven success in utilising performance psychology knowledge, experience, and evidence-based processes with individuals and groups to restore and enhance psychological functioning in high-performance contexts.

Who it’s For

My tailored coaching support is relevant for ambitious female entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, and creatives who have already attained conventional definitions of “success”. You possess financial stability and, at first glance, may seem to have everything perfectly under control/have your shit together. However, at the core of your being, you possess a deep understanding that you were meant for more. You desire to become a changemaker who leaves a lasting legacy, using her talents and gifts, and feels lit up by the work she does in the world. I am here to serve, and I am deeply committed to your success, you were born for greatness.

Who it’s Not For

Women not ready to do the inner work and go beyond lip service.
