How Does It Work?

I use a Schema Therapy model in my psychology practice, supporting you to confront the things holding you back so you can learn how to shape a mind that works for you, not against you. 

Schema therapy involves various strategies to promote positive mental changes. These encompass:

  • Working through limiting beliefs

  • Experimenting with healthy coping strategies

  • Full body experiences using guided imagery

  • Attending to the ‘there and then’ / 'Here & now' experience
