You’re Performing.
But You’re Paying For It.
A place for executives, founders, and high-performing professionals who want to lead, deliver, and make bold decisions without overwhelm, reactivity, or that relentless “it’s all on me” pressure.

Hi, I’m Edel. I’m a psychologist and performance coach. I’ve spent 15+ years supporting high performers, including in elite sport environments helping people perform under intense pressure and recover properly afterwards.
My work sits at the intersection of two things most high performers need at once:
Depth (the patterns beneath the pattern)
Precision (practical strategies that work when it counts)
Some clients come to me for therapy.
Some come for performance coaching.
My style is direct, strategic, and deep because high performers don’t need fluff. They need traction.
From the outside, you’re the one who holds it together.
But privately?
You’re carrying a level of pressure most people never see.
Not because you’re fragile, because you’re responsible. Capable. High standards. High stakes.
It shows up in ways you don’t say out loud.
You wake up already triaging risk before you’ve even checked your phone.
You look composed in the boardroom / on deck… then later you’re snappy, flat, or shut down over something small.
You reread the email / message / game plan five times because tone, optics, and outcomes matter.
After a win, a pitch, a big game you don’t feel proud. You feel relief… then straight back to what’s next.
You carry decisions where there’s no perfect option just trade-offs, and everyone wants certainty.
The weight of payroll / selection / results sits in your body like a constant hum.
One mistake, one bad quarter, one lost point and your system flips into damage control.
You over-prepare because it’s the only way you feel safe… then resent how much it takes to feel “ready.”
You can handle pressure publicly, but privately you’re running on adrenaline + self-criticism.
You keep thinking: “If I don’t hold it, it drops.” (And it doesn’t feel like a belief, it feels like fact.)
Rest doesn’t land because calm feels unfamiliar, and your nervous system treats it like risk.
You’re performing. But you’re paying for it in sleep, patience, confidence, and joy.
If you’re done paying for performance with your nervous system, let’s build a way to operate under pressure that’s powerful and sustainable.
The goal isn’t lower standards.
It’s changing what’s driving your standards.
I help high performers build the skills and psychological capacity to perform sustainably under pressure so confidence becomes repeatable, not conditional.
Not hype. Not “just be more positive.”
Real change in how you operate when it matters.
Services
No vague mindset talk. No endless processing. We work with precision so change shows up in your decisions, behaviour, and nervous system.
Performance Coaching
This is for you if:
you want to perform at a high level without overthinking as a default
you want leadership presence without people-pleasing or self-silencing
you want confidence that holds when the stakes rise
What we build:
pressure routines, decision frameworks, and recovery systems
a repeatable way to execute without self-criticism as fuel
identity-level confidence (not “pep talk” confidence)
Personal Psychology
This is for you if:
stress is now showing up as sleep disruption, anxiety, shutdown, panic, or numbness
burnout cycles keep repeating (push → crash → guilt → push)
old experiences are shaping your present responses more than you want
What we work on:
nervous system regulation + triggers
perfectionism/over-control patterns at the root
trauma responses and the “not enough / all on me” belief loop
